Shipping and Handling
All of the items listed in the Northeastern Lamps and Bronze store are ready to be shipped. If the order needs to be rushed, Northeastern Lamps and Bronze offers the following insured shipping methods: USPS, UPS Ground, and UPS Second Day. The customer is responsible for paying shipping charges unless stated otherwise. Northeastern Lamps and Bronze does not charge extra for handling. Package insurance is required.
Returns
Northeastern Lamps and Bronze strives for complete customer satisfaction. If the product received is unsatisfactory, please return the item or items (securely packaged) within three days of delivery. The buyer is required to pay for return shipping. The buyer will be refunded their purchase price, less shipping and handling, when the item is received and inspected.
Payment
Northeastern Lamps and Bronze accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Personal checks are also accepted, with bank clearance of seven to twelve days before shipping. Money orders and PayPal are also welcome.
